Hello, I'm Carrie.

Certified Health Coach, Transformational Coach and Reflexologist.

I know what it’s like.

To be too busy to sort yourself out. Throwing a few ad hoc things at your issues, but not being consistent or getting the results you’d hoped for.

Until I became a therapist and coach, I didn’t have a clue which well-being practices would best benefit my health, mindset, and happiness.

I was running into a brick wall and at times it felt as though life was passing me by. I kept getting ill, couldn’t shift the baby weight (even 10 years on) and felt wrung out a lot of the time.

But when I trained, I learnt how to help myself feel better - to eat right, sleep well, exercise in a way that fits into my life, skyrocket my mindset, and switch off at the drop of a hat.

And that’s when I knew I had the tools to help me for the rest of my life.

Now, as an entrepreneur, I need to prioritise looking after myself properly. After all, If I go down the pan, who else will run my businesses, my home and my life?

I’m passionate about teaching my clients how to do this too! And these are the tools I want to pass on to you now.

This is what's included...

STEP 1: Deep Dive

You’ll get started by providing detailed information about the concern you’re facing by answering a number of questions online.

The questions are a powerful way for us both to uncover insights and achieve a more thorough understanding of your situation.

We'll also have a Zoom call to clarify your desired destination.

STEP 2: Private Coaching

During this 90 minute, 1-2-1, Zoom coaching call, we’ll use a blend of coaching tools and techniques to move you forward.

Towards the end, we’ll review what we’ve achieved and what needs to happen next.

We’ll set action steps and you’ll be given the resources you need to get there.

STEP 3 - Follow Up

After 2 to 3 weeks, we’ll use this 30 minute focused Zoom coaching session to catch up and track progress, review your achievements and explore solutions to any challenges you’ve met along the way.

You’ll have the space to reflect on your experience and we’ll adjust any goals or steps you need to take next.
